Peruvian Craftsmanship

Design and prepare your jewelry, shape vessels and ornaments made of clay or other materials, knit your own sweater, learn to prepare natural dyes and to actually dye fabrics, make ornaments and souvenirs with leather and ashlar while being assisted by local artisans who work in their own workshops and who will be glad to share their artistic “secrets” with you.

During your stay in Arequipa, we will visit museums and enjoy beautiful Pre-Columbian art antiques such as gorgeous textiles, ceramic vessels and precious metals worked in craftsmanship. We will also visit galleries and local craftsmanship stores.
