About us
We are a cultural center and a Spanish school, an entry door to our culture and country. We are convinced that the most important media to understanding and spreading of our culture is communication.
Additionally, we have supplementary live activities considered as very important parts of our identity.
This way, we contribute in giving our best by rescuing, preserving and spreading the image of Peru, country of the Incas.
Vision
Become a cultural exchange and spreading center leader in the region and acknowledged for preserving and spreading our best cultural, artistic and language expressions among our visitors and foreign brothers.
Mission
- To train our foreign visitors to use Spanish as their main means of communication in order to know and understand our culture.
- To encourage actively and jointly all forms of cultural expression such as music, dancing and craftsmanship among our foreign students and visitors.
- To encourage our Creole, Andean and Novo cuisine among our foreign students and visitors.
- To make the quality of all our activities be optimally reflected in each of our students as to make them ambassadors of our culture in their own countries.
- To spread and promote the main touristic destinations in our region and country.
Sumaq Marka-Peru was founded and is managed by Mrs .Ericka Loayza who is a licensed teacher graduated in Universidad Nacional de San Agustín, Arequipa-Peru, with a major in Teaching, and Spanish Tutoring. She is experienced in teaching Spanish as a foreign language to professionals of important companies. She has participated in the preparation of language courses for specific purposes, she has also delivered Spanish immersion courses and has participated in projects that have helped improve the Language Program of the Companies she has worked for. |
Over many years she has developed her own techniques to enhance the Language Program and Spanish immersion courses. Giving her experience in teaching Spanish to a wide range of people including professionals, tourists or students who require Spanish as a foreign language for different purposes. |
